We specialise in licensed mobile bars for Weddings, parties & functions in halls, marquees or homes.

Wedding, barn dance, halls, marquee, birthday party, christenings ... One phone call does it all
We have been running functions in the Dorset, Somerset, and Wiltshire areas for the last 20 years or more .we have owned 2 pubs including 1 free house, so there is ample experience at hand. We are also licensees of Digby hall in Sherborne

- We arrange temporary event notices [T.E.N.S.] with the appropriate councils and police for the function
- We supply free glass hire when we supplying the wine
- All our prices are average pub prices
- Our small fees included, setting up coolers, plastic glasses, staffing etc.

My name is Harry Adams I have owned 2 pubs in the last 20 years in the West Country and have been organising bars in marquees, village halls stately homes farms in fact anywhere you can think of ever since.
We have catered for functions of 60 to 700 people. We give friendly happy service to our clients and a full range of drinks at pub prices that are not inflated; your guests will never feel that they are being taken advantage of.
I also have a very large range of service providers I can pass on, i.e. hog roast, buffet companies and caters of all kinds, bands, discos, chocolate fountains, casinos. You name it at no cost to you.
We have held many functions at Sherborne Castle,and other stately homes, and I am also D.P.S. (licensee) of Digby Hall in Sherborne Dorset, and have been for Thornford Village Hall Dorset and Milborne port Village Hall, Somerset. We are regularly asked to do bars at Cucklington, Durweston and Motcombe ... We travel far and wide!
We have the experience and are always reliable, if we can’t do your function we usually have other contacts that can. My wife Sandy is also a licensee.
I would like to welcome you to Sherborne Castle, which has been my family's home since 1617. You will find here a typical country home where each succeeding generation has left its imprint, its books, furniture and portraits. You will find work by the finest artists of their time and also of local craftsmen.
In changing times we now act as host to wedding ceremonies and receptions, a country fair, classic car rallies, film crews, sporting events and a variety of other corporate and private events.
John K Wingfield Digby
The Digby Hall Sherborne is the perfect hall for your wedding party venue etc. It has a paid bar which is run by myself , Harry Adams and my wife Sandy. We are both licensees and it has a fantastic catering kitchen with everything you would require for any type of function for up to 200 guests seated or 300 standing.
There is a lovely stage with full lighting. The hall is also fully air-
The hiring charges for this hall are very reasonable and the bar services are free but you have to use our services for your bar as we are the licensees for The Digby hall.
